Sample Wars II: The King is Here!

So I must congratulate both Big A and Boogie for their posts today. Big A you surprised me the most with that find--definitely a good find. Boogie, I'm just giving a decent find because it was only one sound and you know you never knew that Tim track existed till I told you about it lol. Anyway, since today it was all Boogie and Big A, I thought that today's sample would concern you both. Now, before I showcase this sample, I hope that this sample isn't so big that I haven't already won the war on the first day.

So we all remember when the Tim and M.I.A. track "Come Around" came out as a bonus track, and everyone was trying to find out the Indian sample. Boogie, you came first and posted a sample that was too recent and had too many sounds in it for it to be the track that Tim sampled. Then Big A, you posted the original song that it was based off, but we soon all realized that it wasn't the track that Tim sampled (it didn't have the claps or the same voice that was found on "Come Around"). We all thought that it would be impossible to find the Indian song that Tim sampled...until now...

Tim stans, I present to you the "Come Around Sample" . I've put it as a snippet for reasons that will be revealed at the end of this week (I bet you all can already start guessing).

So there you have it. The sample that neither Boogie nor Big A could find and got wrong has been revealed. Next time, understand who the students still are and who the teacher will always be.

C.Z.A.R.

***EDIT***
Since Nick wants the name and artist of the track, here y'all go:
Master Dilbahar (Big A was right on one artist) & Sohan Lal - "Sufanee"

  1. Well if we're gonna play like that, you would have never known about the M.I.A track if Nick hadn't posted it :)

*Yawn* that's old news too, I found that sample out the next day.

    "King" my ass! LOL!

  4. Nick:
I fixed the post to have the name and artist :-)

    Boogie:
2 things. One, that logic is flawed b/c we all new that there was going to be a bonus track on Shock Value with MIA, but hardly anyone knew "Wine" existed. Two, if you found the real sample to the track the next day, then why did you let Big A make his post? Somethin' just doesn't seem right lol.

  6. Let's all vote why Nick sucks...

Czar shall we look at your arguements:

"One, that logic is flawed b/c we all new that there was going to be a bonus track on Shock Value with MIA"

I'm not sure what we all "new" but I don't "new." I'm assuming we didn't "new" anything. My car is "new" as is my "new" I-kicked-Czar's-grammatical-ass plaque hanging on the wall.

"Two, if you found the real sample to the track the next day, then why did you let Big A make his post?"

I live in the US, Big A in Germany. He decided to take it upon himself to post the wrong sample while I was asleep. He wanted a headstart on being wrong which is out of my hands buddy!

  7. ahahaha, finally we got it. who would have thought that Tim samples one more time from "DeepestIndia"...the right title is then "Sohan Lal, Bibi Swaran Nooran & Master Dilbahaar - Sufani"
