D.O.E is cool, especially when they work with Kanye. Btw, the 1st song on the production list says Keep It Movin by 1 Life To Live. I thought it was by Kiley Dean?
ReplyDeleteI been waitin' for this for a long time... sort of. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteI was looking forward to this, but I think it's a boring, cookie-cutter rap song.
ReplyDeleteSince my brother said that his lyrics should've been tougher on the beat... I realize they should've been. Where's the D.O.E. who was Rollin'? who had on his Gangsta Roll? who Just Might Lose It? who wanted Dat Ting?
ReplyDeleteYou get the idea. I think he's dumbed himself down a bit since last year.
hey boogie...fix the link to the myspace
ReplyDeletewen this site gna actually start updating us with the tracks timmy comin out with recently? so many he produces n they so good.. but never hear about them here.. an actual timbaland site (apparently?) get it 2getha
ReplyDelete^^Well if you looked at the links to the right you'd see a link for "Future Productions" which lists all the tracks Tim is working on or planning to work on.
ReplyDeleteGet it together....
Timbo is #4 on the Forbes Hip Hop mogul list for making $21 million dollars or something. Trails only Jayz, 50 Cent, and Diddy.
ReplyDeleteDominate Over Everyone huh, not with his horribly wack delivery. He's so boring, his voice is horridly unappealing. Tim doesn't know rap, he never did. Fortunately for D.O.E. he sounds just as wack as all the other idiots out there and they are moving units. The consumer has destroyed the market
ReplyDeletej boogie vs anonymous: 8-0 (touchdown + two-point conversion)
ReplyDeleteanonymous :"The consumer has destroyed the market" He he, funny.
ReplyDeleteI would say that the consumer has CHANGED the market.
U could also say that hip-hop/rap has changed to fit the market.
a lot of Timbaland tracks is quality that sells.
Much better than crap that sells.(Diddy, Pussy dolls, Black Eyed Peas etc etc)
Sure Timbaland is not our (well know) little secret anymore.
Hey , thats the way it is.
"I would say that the consumer has CHANGED the market.
ReplyDeleteU could also say that hip-hop/rap has changed to fit the market."
This is exactly my point, you can't say that the market has changed for the better, therefore, even by your rationale, the consumer has destroyed the market.
well... if Timbo's gonna re-do the beat, he might as well add more bass. I wasn't feelin' it.
ReplyDeleteAnd as for Tim's ranking on the Forbes list... that's one more reason he's above Scotty.
@anonymous yeah, I agree with u in many ways, u r right.
ReplyDeleteAND we are both wrong. The consumers ARE the market and the market/consumers are by definition always right. ;-)
Well then I guess we the market/consumer are too stupid for our own good lol
