Sean Kingston recently talked with HipHopdx.com and confirmed working with Pharrell and Timbaland for this sophomore album:
"I'll be going in the studio with them, and I can't wait. It's gonna be crazy. I think their styles are so dope, and we can make some magic over those beats. I write all my own music, and all my own stuff, so it's gonna be dope.
This album is gonna touch everything—the urban, the pop...everything. My first album was cool on the urban side, but it ended up being a huge pop album. This time I want to build Sean Kingston as a brand and not just somebody with a couple songs out. I've been writing everyday and coming up with new ideas to release different stuff out there. I'm grinding and I just put my mixtape out there too."
Lookout for the album via Beluga Heights (J.R. Rotem's label) coming soon and as always we'll give you more news as it becomes available. Thanks Big A!

ReplyDeleteI SEE THE NEPTUNES AN TIM CAN LOOK FORWARD TO WASTIN BEATS......ON SOME FAT HALF ASS SINGER/RAPPER
ReplyDeleteI know JR's manager. Been in touch with him couple times, real good guy. And I can say he's probably the fucking best producer manager ever. I am sayin this cause when he gets Tim & SK toegether in the studio, there's a reason why he does it. so the chances that the songs will see the daylight are very very high!
ReplyDeletebig-a, you talking about Zach?
ReplyDeleteYup.
ReplyDeleteYeah, he's a hard working manager. A video from a year or so back showed him giving general music industry advice, and he was like basically saying up and comings shouldn't sample. Now all these up and coming samplers are bitching. lol
ReplyDeleteHe managed Hi-Tek before too.
you saw that on futureproducers :) my eyes are everywhere! I asked him why he doesn't manage Hi-Tek anymore, basically he wants to concentrate 100% only on JR and Beluga Heights (he is co-owner). He used to manage Mr. Porter as well and was instrumental in gettin Rakim the deal at Aftermath.
ReplyDeletepretty talented dude
ReplyDelete*old man laugh ahead*
ReplyDeleteha ha ha wha ha ha
Very good big-a grasshopper! lol
My eyes are everywhere to... but it is kind of hard to recollect them, especially when you can't see where you are going. lol

ReplyDeleteI like Sean Kingston and i'm sure that Timbo gonna make a nice work with him!
ReplyDeleteWOW PEOPLE REALLY LIKE THAT FAT AZZ NON SINGING RAPPING DUDE WOW......WOW......HE REALLY SUCKS TIM BETTER GET BOW WOW TO FEATURE ON IT TO
ReplyDeleteNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO(3)
ReplyDelete"Take You There" was a sick song, but it had nothing to do with any talent on behalf of Kingston. The dude cannot sing without heavy heavy pitch correction, and he's no rapper either. He'd better thank God for J.R. Rotem every night.
ReplyDelete"Take You There" was co-written by Rock City & Evan Bogart by the way.
ReplyDeletebig a are you a producer?
ReplyDeleteummm why do you all have to hate on fat ppl so much! im sure most of u guys r over weight any way. u might as well hate on timbaland and missy!!
