I had heard the rumor quite some time ago but didn't think it was true. Well based on her myspace it looks like it is indeed a fact: none other than Kiley Dean is singing background on Flo Rida's "Elevator."
Does this mean Kiley really will be working with Timbo again? It's definitely a good start.

I hope so!
ReplyDeletebcuz her work with tim is some of my favourites!
She has an amazing voice and super sexy!
I still bump "Simple Girl", "Keep It Movin'" and "Confused" (I know it's Robert Smith) heavily even today. I would really like to see The Clutch work with Kiley too, my girl Candice wrote most of the "Simple Girl" album and channels herself really well through Kiley so I hope they get to work together again.
ReplyDeleteI always wondered who did the background vox on the chorus, its half of why its so good
ReplyDeleteSimple Girl is pure perfection. To this day I can listen to every track from start to beginning without skipping a single track.
ReplyDeleteThis news made me smile.

ReplyDeleteYes, that is Kiley. She was asked to do it (by Tim) on a visit to his studio in January. She will be working with him again once she finishes touring with Madonna's Sticky and Sweet Tour. She's replacing Donna Delory Madonna's longtime back-up singer.
