Here are the 17 remixes I got for our latest Remix It! project. Let me say thanks to all of you for taking the time to do the remixes. As always the support is appreciated and you all know how much I in return support all of the up and coming producers and beatmakers out there. We've definitely got some real bangers in this group so check them out. Take a few minutes and really listen to each one, give some constructive feedback, and offer kudos. Oh my days the quality of entries here are SO good, I haven't listened to all of them but what I have heard so far are really good... I was expecting more originality though by making something completely different to the original as a lot of these sound very similar to the original, but as I said I still gotta play em all :)

Complex I agree but if you don't do a vote then no one leaves feedback.
ReplyDeleteIt's an unfortunate situation that instead of just supporting music, acknowledging that some producers are better than others, and just offering some constructive criticism there are those who'd rather throw around accusations of cheating and name calling.
Never the less I won't stop doing the Remix It! contests and thanks to EVERYONE for the support both good and bad.
I agree with whoever said they dont really like Koncrete at all...I dont think that it is neccesarily people accusing others of cheating J its just that some people went from last to first in a few hours maybe 50 votes if I remember correctly. Anyway everyone did a great job I like the remixit idea

Koncrete Beatz remix sounds like a poor mans timberland mix lacks originality.How they remain at top slot is slighty puzzling to say the least. Never ming guys maybe you will discover your thing in time but dont give up the day job.

Never done a mash up for your information I used pro tools.stings ewso using sidechain,brass collosus,bass trilogy vangaurd and real bass,guitar virtual,incidentals hybrid moog nexus. kick snare hats perc and uplifters vengance and finally my fingers which have been classical trained at the london college of music and not a loop in sight, dont hate the player
