Kiley Dean "My Own" (No Intro)

Though it's been going on 7 years since the Kiley Dean/Timbaland sessions, they will always go down in history as some of the best music Timbaland has ever created. With the red hot Candice Nelson and Walter Milsap III duo handling the bulk of the writing, the group created undoubtedly one of the top 10 unreleased albums ever. By now we've all heard the Simple Girl, as well as many other tracks from the sessions but still, even now, more are being heard.

It was only a few months ago that a previously unreleased Kiley/Timbo track called "My Own" leaked sadly with Kiley doing a DJ drop as an intro but today we have the non intro version. Check it out:

  1. I love them damn muddy strings!

    Yes!

The same strings he used with Shelby Norman.

So warm and "sunny day" feeling while at the same time being moody.

    We need rereleases.

This track here is my new shit. Put it on repeat as I sleep... I'm a different producer... :P

Anyhoo... the string arrangement during the bridge is a little too loud. But whatever...greatness

  8. I can't believe Kiley Dean tracks are still surfacing after all these years!!
This is the only track I don't have from the Simple Girl album...
It's such a good album that should've been released...

  9. I'm with you on that, her whole album is on constantly on repeat.

So soothing her voice and the Timbo orchestration, it's simply immaculate and fitting.
